At Vorte, we aim to make every purchase a satisfying experience. However, we understand that sometimes a refund may be necessary. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued, how long the process takes, and what you can expect after submitting a return request. Our goal is to ensure every customer feels confident and respected throughout the process.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available only for orders shipped within the United States and that meet all the following conditions:

  • The returned item was approved by Vorte’s team.
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • The return request was submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item passed Vorte’s quality inspection after being received back.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
  • Products damaged due to improper use, washing, or handling by the customer.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.
  • Orders not meeting the eligibility criteria listed above.
Refund Process

Once we receive your return, our team inspects the product within 1 business days to verify its condition. After approval, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

You will receive an email notification confirming that your refund has been approved and initiated.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take within 8 days after approval. Total refund process time is 10 days.

Refund Method

All refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
If you paid using a credit or debit card, PayPal, your refund will return to the same account.

Shipping and Handling Fees

Please note that the original $20 flat shipping fee and any return shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued only for the product cost, excluding all shipping-related expenses.

If an item is returned because of an error on Vorte’s part (e.g., wrong item or damaged product), we will cover or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. This includes:

  • Items returned beyond the 14-day return window (if accepted at our discretion).
  • Products not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to Vorte’s error.
  • Products showing minor signs of wear or packaging damage.
  • In such cases, the refund amount may be reduced proportionally based on the item’s resale condition.
Refunds for Canceled Orders

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it must go through the standard return and refund process.

Refunds for canceled orders are issued within 5 business days after confirmation.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank or card statement to confirm whether the refund has been posted.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider — sometimes processing takes a few extra days.
