Non-Returnable Items

Return Label

  • For all other return reasons (including preference change or change of mind), customers must purchase and organize their own return shipping label.
  • Products must be securely re-packed in their original packaging with all tags and accessories attached before shipment.
  • Returns sent without a proper return label may be delayed, misreported, or rejected.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the issue is caused by Vorte (wrong item, defective or damaged product), Vorte will cover all return shipping charges.
• If the return is initiated by the customer (change of mind, preference for a different color or size), return shipping expenses must be paid by the customer.

Timeline for Returns

• Inspection of returned items: within 1 business day of arrival.
• Approval notification: within 1 business day after inspection.
• Refund or exchange processing: within 8 days after approval. Total refund process time is 10 days.

Exchanges

At Vorte, we accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective items. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will happily replace it at no extra cost once the issue is reported and verified. If you wish to exchange a product for a different style, size, or color (non-defective reasons), exchanges are allowed as long as the item is unused, returned within 14 days, and includes all original packaging and tags. Shipping charges for non-defective exchanges may apply, while exchanges due to defects are fully covered by Vorte.
